Export from WoodWise
Group outputs from export module. Export available data for analysis and data mining.
Export data to CAD/CAM system for engineering teams. Export to ERP for better parts tracking and enterprise-wide visibility of production progress. Export data also shows production schedules for sales teams to coordinate delivery and lead times. Use data to improve production processes and tie into lean practices.
Import to WoodWise
Sorting information can be imported from different systems (Microsoft Excel, CAD/CAM systems, ERP programs, etc.). WoodWise is capability of several import sources based on its flexible programing, design, and import functions. Import files in a consistent way to remove the complexities of import templates and worrying about software or file compatibility.
Modules
Different modules - sorting, shipping, import, output, machine, etc. have different functions. Modules can function on their own but are scalable engineered to operate with each other while still maintaining individual functionality. In other words, they work with each other, can be implemented as needed, and generate production data for a holistic production overview. A module is not a pre-requisite for another. That means you can plug-and-play what you need, when you need it, for your specific process.
