Returns and Refunds

At WoodWise OT, our goal is to ensure that our clients get the most out of our software and hardware solutions. We understand that integrating new technology into your production workflow can take time, so we are committed to working closely with you to ensure satisfaction. Should you experience any issues with your platform, we encourage you to reach out to our customer support team, who will provide guidance, troubleshooting, and solutions to optimize your use of the WoodWise OT system.
However, if after working together we are unable to resolve your concerns, we will consider a return or refund within 30 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

The hardware must be returned in its original packaging and condition.

Any software licenses provided must be deactivated upon return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or shipping error.
Please note that refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned items.
