WoodWise OT Shipping Policy
 

At WoodWise OT, we are committed to providing our clients with top-quality software and hardware solutions to enhance their production efficiency through effective parts tracking, job tracking, and capacity planning. Though, it's not always the case, sometime software components require a hardware component to function correctly. This means shipping is required.

 

Our shipping policy outlines the process for delivering these solutions to our valued customers.
 

Shipping Timeframes

Once your order for software or hardware is confirmed, we strive to process and ship your products as soon as possible. Sometimes our volume can be quite high, so bear with us as we fill orders as fast as we can. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, and this could impact delivery times as well. For international shipments, delivery times may need to be quoted or estimated based on the most accurate data we have from shipping companies. Shipping and deliver could be affected based on local customs processing and international shipping logistics. WoodWise OT is not responsible for any delays caused by local customer processing and/or international shipping logistics.
 

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees will be calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional fee. Rates quoted are subject to change based on carrier quotes. Additional shipping fees will be the responsibility of the client and may be charged in addition to standard shipping fees.
 

Shipping Carriers

We use trusted shipping carriers, including FedEx, UPS, and DHL to name a few, to ensure that your products arrive safely and promptly. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.
 

Inspection on Delivery

We recommend inspecting your package upon delivery to ensure that all items are present and in good condition. If any damage or defects are discovered, please notify us immediately so that we can assist you with a return or replacement.
